The foundation of this experience began in college, installing Borroughs systems on-site. This intimate, hands-on knowledge of the product's mechanics defined my commercial approach.
My professional tenure started as a **Project Manager**, where I was responsible for the on-site execution of massive rollouts for **Amazon Distribution Centers**. This operational bootcamp earned me the opportunity to transition into the commercial side, promoting me to **Territory Manager** for the competitive **New York / New Jersey** region.
My background as a PM changed the way I supported my distributors. I didn't just provide pricing; I provided **technical assurance**.
I partnered with material handling dealers to chase complex, high-stakes projects. Because I had installed the product and managed Amazon builds, I could walk a job site with a distributor, identify installation risks early, and engineer solutions that we knew would work in the real world. This built deep trust and allowed us to win projects that required more than just a low bid.
Role: Project Manager. Managed the rapid deployment of multi-level racking systems for Amazon's fulfillment network. Success meant hitting strict "Go Live" dates in active construction environments.
Role: Territory Manager (NY). Partnered with the local dealer to secure and execute the storage solution for the Museum of Modern Art. This was a "zero-error" project requiring customized, high-density storage for invaluable historical textiles.
Role: Territory Manager (NY/NJ). Outfitted fleet and evidence facilities for the NYSP. Delivered rugged, secure storage systems capable of handling heavy-duty fleet equipment and strict chain-of-custody requirements.
