Experience across logistics, installations, equipment, fleet operations, hydraulics, and the systems behind the work.

Logistics and operating systems

At Expeditors International, I worked in automotive freight operations and completed the Management Training Program. I developed operating processes and software requirements, introduced exception and reason codes, and worked on carrier scorecards and shipment-document handoffs. I hired and trained team members as the round-the-clock program grew.

Vocational trucks and market development

At Rush Truck Centers, I developed vocational truck customers, Hino business, and refuse opportunities. Customer discovery became increasingly technical as I worked with specialized applications, body suppliers, and Rush Refuse Systems. The customer relationships depended on persistent follow-up and support after delivery.

Fleet operations

At Zan’s Refuse, I led drivers and office personnel, planned routes and daily collections, and coordinated maintenance. That work added the operator’s perspective on equipment availability, service commitments, and recurring costs. It also included work on bulk-fuel purchasing for more predictable pricing.
